      Natalina, don't confuse jade with a semi-precious stone. It's fairly common & I've seen veins of it several feet thick that was ignored by the owners. Has a number of beautiful colours & easily carved & worked. Basically, what I'm saying is, value the pieces for the artist's work and not the value of the stone.
