Can you make out what the words are on the back of the tricycles bucket? I can read "Sand" & "Metal" but not what is in the middle. I like how it has a dump handle and seat adjustment.
Love the RED WHITE & BLUE paint scheme theme, GO USA!
There the only two words I can make out as well. Can't seem to find any info on the symbol either. Hmmm getting frustrated haha

I applied a filter to your picture, and I think the word you are missing is ASHES
