Japanese Woodblock Print circa 1948-1952

This was surely a print my father purchased for my mother while stationed in Korea or Japan during the years he was in the service ('48-'52). Still haven't identified the year or artist's signature. Could have been a street vendor, but lovely just the same. Any help would be appreciated.
