    32 inches high plus a 4 inch wooden base
    jadeite looks as if the face and jewel were possibly bleached
    approximate weight 120 pounds
    I bought this at a yard sale and have no other information.

      Jim: thanks for your help I believe it is Quan Yin and have seen some modern ceramics that have the same look. How do you know it is not jadeite?
