This is an item found in my parents garage. It was, I beleive, given to my father by someone on his mail route in aprox. 1960 somthing. I would love to know more about it, year made, collectability, worth, ect... Really any info would be helpful.

My husband is a retired Letter Carrier for the Post Office, would love to have that for his collection. I would guess that it is from the 1940s. Probably worth upper 300s or more.
