All the pictures here are of my ancestors and all are the original photos. The long phot on top is where I work and is reproduction. Sadly it doesn't look like that now.
Yes there is a lot of taxidermy.
Display case in photo #2 is Aurora monster models and Steve Scout.
I fear my TV is antique but it still works.
Last photo is some of my more valuable GI Joes with Captain Action underneath..

Now how are you related to a Rooster, hen, and Deer......LOL??

      Just kidding......

Very Nice to have all those!! Great Display, and Thanks for sharing!! What is the place in the long photo?

Thank you very much Antiquerose. The long picture is Lake Arrowhead Village. Those buildings were used for practice by the fire department and were replaced with new buildings in the late 70s.

Yeah, those stuffed ancestors kind of creep you friends out & can really cut off your luv life. I sold my last one in a yard sale.

Now that is a man cave ! very cool but I agree with Blunder lots of us women have a hard time with taxidermy in house . Very cool for a guy and so wonderful to have your ancestors photo's on wall ! Great post Fort !!

Aniquerose, if you really need one, I may have a spare tucked away in the garage. It's not an ancestor of mine, I don't think. Think it's left over from when I lived on the French side. If you want it, I'll look tomorrow & see if it's still there. You pay the shipping though!

Thank you very much Manikan. Wait until you see the next wall. It's the Twin Peaks Museum of Natural History.

Thank you very much antiquerose. Also no shrunken heads because they don't match the décor.

Blunderbuss I came up with a new drinking game. One drink for every drive by poster. Maybe just the ones that ask for an appraisal.
    15. antiquerose antiquerose, 10 years ago
Nope....do not need any stuffed ancestors.......LOL

Fort, sounds good to me but doubt we would remain standing for long each nite. Would I be cheating if I alternated with my tru-luv, uh, what's her name?
    17. fortapache fortapache, 10 years ago
Maybe if we just did the ones with the sideways pictures who want an appraisal.

And a bonus boiler-maker for upside down, defying gravity. I'll drink to all suggestions. Hell, I don't need suggestions for an excuse!
