      How did you determine this is a coil stamp and not a regular issue?
      This stamp was issued as a regular issue in 1922 (#68) perf. 15X14 wmrk 44 and in 1935 as a coil stamp (#68b) perf. 15X14 except vertical image same wmrk. - Both of these are a deep green color. - In 1934 (#92) it was issued as a coil stamp perf. 15X14 vert. but with wmrk. sideways and the color was a gray green.
      So there are three different variations which can only be determined with a perforation gauge and inspection of the watermark. Cannot determine by photo.
      Value for #68 = 20 cents, value for #68b = $1500, value for #92 = $70
      I would assume you have the common issue #68 worth 20 cents unless an expert can tell you different. - Numbers and values above from Scott catalog.
