    Hello
    I was given this register and would like to find out how much it is worth?
    According to what I was able to figure out it was made around 1918.
    Also is there anyway to get keys for it? I might be able to get keys from the previous owner.

    The serial number is 1687349 855

      Yes you can get both original and reproduction keys, for example http://www.brasscashregister.net/keys/ and or replacement lock sets. Also a locksmith may be able to rekey them.

      Here's a tip, leave the cash drawer open when you are away. We had a chrome register behind our bar destroyed by burglars after they smashed it open to find nothing inside...

      hello yes I erased your comment because you said i dont need to know the value because someone gave it to me to add to my collection. I do not have a collection and just wanted to know the value so I could put it up for sale. and needed to get keys for it.
