    the back says persian art ...whats is the value ...the year ....who is r.l. ...is that the artist ...what is the medium ....is it hand painted ....thanks a bunch

      Hand painted. Would guess its a tourist piece from the Middle East. Likely ten years old. RL is probably the artist from the "factory" this was made. It's really detailed and pretty,

      thanks a bunch ...is it worth anything .....what is the painted painted on ...is it vegetable ivory or camel bone or other .....

      I'd say some sort of resin. Yes, it does have value. I'd say at most 200 but others might have a better idea.
