    Need help in trying find out more about -

    A/ The Artist . What I know about him is as follows ,Carl von Kobierski 1846- 1907 , I believe the artist had some connection to or with Kaiser Franz Joseph?

    B/ Would really love to know who the lady is?

    The painting size is 49 inches x65 inches (to the outer edges of the frame , uk inches) and is sign Carl V (von) Kobierski dated 1903 it is oil on canvas in a heavy quilt frame .

    Any information about the artist or the lady would be of great intrest to myself.
