      Google for english silver hallmarks! It will says nearly all the story (Town, year, maker)

      I think this one is English Plate. The mark at right NS is for Nickel Silver, I think. The others will be the makers marks:

      James Dixon & Sons is my guess.

      I think it is called Fiddle Pattern.

      Either what vetraio50 suggested or the 'Old English' pattern....I use these every day love them!...:-)
