A relatively ubiquitous pattern and shape in the UK makes it possible that these are British, but I believe they are Bohemian. The maker's mark is unclear but they are clearly stamped [anchor] [e] for Birmingham 1904.
The fused green glass trails have been applied hot to the vase before twisting, I believe.
They are just over 20.5cm tall.
