From what I understand Weishar bought original moulds from L.G Wright to make the pattern in new colors....the weishar mark was added to safeguard the value of older, L.G pieces....

L G Wright often acquired molds from other companies and didn't make their own glass. They contracted their glass making to various companies that used Wright's molds. Several companies made similar M&S patterns; this one was originally called 'Palace' and made by Adams & Co. c.1888.

Thanks Tallcakes....yeah I figure that many moon&star pieces came from an assortment of glass houses over the years.
My question now is who/when made this patter patten in Vaseline/uranium..,?

May be that Weishar was the first to make this one in Vaseline.
