I have owned this box with the same condition from the early 80's and was given to me by a family friend who was 80 years old, I still have no idea about the age or the the make all I see it is an absolute hand made and has layers of hard enamel applied to the top and sides the dimensions are 5.75X3.50X1.25 inch.

Does mass production include hand enameling of the same pattern? Or is it possible to find an identical item?

Can anyone read the Chinese words on the left top corner of the first front picture?
