Nu-Port Coffee (the Nueces Coffee Company) started by the Yarbrough Brothers, began importing coffee through the Port of Corpus Christi, Texas in 1929.
Circa 1930's-1940's - Mayer China made lots of restaurant ware. - One of these just sold on ebay for 8.00

This was my grandfather's coffee. He and his brothers owned Nueces Coffee Co. And started importing coffee in 1929 in the Port of Corpus Christi, TX. They also marketed Gulf Coast Coffee, Nu-Port and Cafe Tampico. They later were Cain's Coffee.
