This is a cool Silver Elf marked 925 on his collar. I have no idea what it was used for. It has a nice retention mechanism that works great when it is snapped shut. It is about 2.5 inches tall and about 1.5 inches wide, and it weighs 4.4 oz. The greenish tints that you see are not really there. It must be a reflection. It has some writing on the bottom, but I can't make it out. If someone knows what this piece was used for I would appreciate your input.
    Thanks

      Vetraio50, Vintagefran, and Manikin,
I just looked up Mr. Punch and I would have to agree that it does look like Mr. Punch. Thanks for your input.

Thanks Manikin! I looked at the link that you provided. It's very nice, but different than this guy. It says at the top in product description 100% brand new. I didn't think that still made match safes any more.
    15. Vrgdc Vrgdc, 10 years ago
I guess it is referring to its condition not its age.

I also saw a old one but couldn't bring link up it sold on ebay a year ago . Exactly like yours . The link doesn't say if it is a repro of older version which I believe it is .

Not sure if there was a Judy case, but there was a dog that Mr Punch had in the show called Toby.
