Purchased at an estate sale and they didn't even know what it was. Have tried to find it in google but nothing comes close.

Is about 30 inches tall, board on top is 1 inch x 4 inch x 24 inch. Purchased at an estate sale and they didn't even know what it was. Have tried to find it in google but nothing comes close. Guesses have been tie or belt rack, towel holder,bible stand, paper rack.
