purple -silver color scalloped dish or bowl , 8 1/2 inches wide 2 inches deep , yard sale find , it looks old and expensive ,would anyone know what you would call this or a maker thank you all ,

looks like Fenton's Carnival Thistle in amethyst carnival glass, c.1911. But it's hard to tell carnival colors from photos; the color is based on the color of the glass where there is not iridescence.
