This is a relative on my Mother's side, Colonel Alexander Fowler 1822-1906. . Civil War time period, my mother is constructing a shadow box with things that were on his uniform and passed down by relatives. Several are from the Grand Union of the Republic. Im not too knowledgeable on these and my mom is doing net research to find out more info. Any info is appreciated.
