    Nice watercolor I picked up today. I don't know anything about the artist. Nice colorful pastels of Mott & Pell Street which I googled & found to be in New York's Chinatown.

      Thanks, Phil! I think someone donated their collection or perhaps they came fron an antique stored that closed.
