Here are my chickens on a nest. You may not be able to see it here but if you could look at the white one closer it has some rainbow colors in it. As with almost everything I own it has no markings. I would like to know its age and maker if possible. What were they made to hold or used for?

these are more commonly called 'Hen On Nest' or HON, and it seems nearly everyone made one. Here is a decent article about HONs: http://nmgcs.org/articles/42-hen-on-a-nest-studying-a-glass-collection.html
