Hello. Not sure if you are still seeking info about this Hasui piece or not, but if you are...

This is a pre-earthquake Hasui piece, as such it is rare. The early editions were typically in editions between 100-300. However, the blocks were all, or mostly, lost after the 1923 earthquake, as such, second, third and further editions were unable to be produced....so it is rare and desirable.

      Title: Miyazu, Tango

This print is rare, and therefore it has value to collectors. The condition plays a huge part with collectors, when it comes to value, and the condition of this piece is good, not fine, or excellent, or amazing...but good...as in middle of the road. Because of its rarity, it still is very desirable to collectors, but less valuable because of the present condition. The condition will certainly reflect in any sale price. The reason I say "present", is because it is possible to have the piece conserved, which can likely improve the overall condition, especially removing the stains, which could bring the condition up considerably...and the value comes right along with that. The question is, do you want to spend the effort, and pay the costs associated with undetaking the needed repairs? Feel free to email me if you have additional questions.
