I think these are considered a Japanese Antique Doll
Finely modeled Vintage Japanese Kimekomi Doll represents young princess with black hair dressed in a rich Red kimono. She is standing with her hands to her side palms open.
The doll was made around 1950s by a famous Japanese artist in kimekomi technique. Princess's face finished in gofun (crushed oyster shell; calcium carbonate powder) and gently hand-painted.
Excellent condition with no damage.
Measures 6"H x 3 1/2"W

has an object item floating loosely inside; with no evidence that it is broken or missing any pieces when feeling the piece all around. Could be made intentionally as a rattler.
