It says A.J.Stark & Co. Denver, on the dial. Sterling Silver, .935, A lion or panther hall mark stamp, and a serial number, inside the back cover. Same thing on the inside dust cover, less the "sterling silver", but it has "swiss" stamped, with the serial number again. It has the hall mark stamped all over the watch. The winding stem and the hands are 10k (i had them tested). anyone has any info, email me: danny3255@charter.net. Thanks, Danny
