    I found this beautiful plate at a garage sale and liked it immediantly, but I'm unsure of anything about it! Its made out of glass and is a great decoration plate. Its the same size as a normal dinner plate. The decoration of the outside rim looks and feels like its been dripped on but I'm unsure of what was used.

    I would love some information about my find...
