It is monogramed, dated 1861 has etchings all over including fish, birds, the initial M ski hills, etc..I know it came from someone in the family but do not know what it is, or what it may be worth. It is heavy for something that is pocket size. The mini ruler on one end makes you wonder what it was used forr.
