This Cup & Saucer belonged to my Mother-in-law. It was brought to the states from Germany after her brother came home from service in WW2. Has anyone seen anything like this? The letters and flowers are raised/three-dimensional.

We actually have the cup that says brother on it the story on how we got it is similar. It has been passed down in the family this is the first and only other one we have seen like it.
