This is an oil painting on canvas of a city street scene of Sao Paulo Brasil at night. - This was painted by and signed "Nipper '89" - It is matted and mounted in a 16" wide by 18 1/2" wooden frame by Botticelli art framing. Visible on the back is the outline of an animal on the canvas of which this painting was painted over by the artist.
