Found this today at Volunteers of America. It's an original watercolor on paper. Beautifully framed and matted with non glare glass painted by local Cleveland artist Alex Deray. It's titled "Impressions of Paris" and is dated 1975. The back of the painting has original sales/title tags and even an old receipt for $47.03. He is a listed artist but there is very little bio information about him online. Several of his oils,pastels and watercolors have sold at auction galleries in the past 10 years. One sold here in Cleveland at Aspire auctions in 2013 for $240.00. I won't be able to retire on this but it's a great find for the ten dollar investment. -Mike-
