This old pipe has been in the family as long as I can remember
( 70+ years I know of ) My father always referred to it as the piece pipe, when there would be a disagreement he would grab it and say O.K. everyone lets take a draw from the "Peace pipe" and calm down, it seemed to work as we all grew up loving each other ( more or less :-) )
bowl is about 3 inches long stem is about 14 inches long ..
any comments will be appreciated. I have no Idea what to classify it !!

It was just your father's private joke. This isn't a peace pipe, isn't Native American. Its an antique German pipe. But if it kept the peace, it served the purpose, regardless of where it was made. The value is in the memories.
