I picked up this watch for a few dollars at a community ( Camping trailer park) yesterday and spent a lot of time trying to find information on the maker. Was able to find out that LUXOR was founded by J.H.BRUNNER in Le Locle, Switzerland and that's it. Can anyone tell me when this particular model was made or any other info on this fabulous watch. I thought when I bought it that it was a good watch for parts but it keeps excellent time and just needed to be worn to "Boot" it. I don't have the tools to open it up to look inside.

the best tool ive found to open a screw on back,.or front,..is a ball of ducttape with the sticky side out,.gives you a really good grip on the back and will not scratch it,..even if you have the rite tool its really easy to slip and scratch the heck out of it,.beautiful piece
