    Vintage Portland OR police badge circa 30's.Very good overal condition due its age.I wrote to Portland PD in order to know who wore It.
    Received just now the info from Portland police museum that the badge was pinned on to:
    Officer Charles Heagney
    Hired February 18, 1930
    Retired August 18, 1960
