L-Son is "short" for Lawrence & Sons smelters & refiners out of Mojave Ca. I have been fortunate enough to have acquired 4 of these 1/2 kilo bars of silver. I'm just going to post a photo of one of them. L-Son is noted for the purity of their silver and these old pour L-Son bars are highly sought after. Again I feel very lucky to own a few of these worthy pieces of early American silver refining. Silver has been on a "tear" for the last couple years but believe me when I say the ride is just beginning. Buy all that you can. Gold will do well but on a percentage basis, silver will do far better.

I worked in Bakersfield for a few years in the 80's and I once bid on a construction project in Mojave. The company refined x ray and other film to recover the silver. I don't remember the name of the company, and we didn't get the job. They did open their vault and showed me some of the bars they made from recovered silver....I blame them for my silver addiction....LOL.
I really like your bars, thanks for posting!
