This beautiful piece was the deal of the century from GW today. It's green sticker became $1.50 today and it's original price was $25.00 !! I found it on the bottom shelf pushed to the back. They've had Halloween stuff hogging the isles where they usually put all their housewares since August. This ends up putting housewares crammed into half the space in another isle. I hate the fact that every year each holiday has to start earlier and earlier. I have a pair of Stangl vases with the solid 22 kt gold finish. They will look very nice flanking this little centerpiece. This covered dish has a pale turquoise underglaze with the gold brushed accents. They made a lot of service pieces in the "Antique Gold" finish from candy dishes to candle holders. Not something that's easy to find let alone have it be in perfect condition. -Mike-
