    This is either a framed news paper clipping or a photo of red lodge highway portal when it was new.

    "New highway red lodge to Yellowstone- alluring silver gate. Newest portal."

    I won't take it out of frame but hope to learn the year it was taken.

      Thank you for the insight Riply206. I think it's a newspaper article. I'm afraid to take it out of the frame but I may not have much choice.

      The frame is the clue, I'll take a picture close up of the frame tomorrow morning and maybe someone can tell me 1930's frame or 1950's, the design of it looks 50's to me for some reason.
