Hi there, I do not know much about this except what they have told me. Small table with turned legs. Thick heavy paint on it. Top is redone or replaced ?? Any info on this? Is it older? I will get the measurement from them

The square nuts, definitely help date it.
Modern table-- made within the last 30 years or so.

I would venture to say you have a marriage of old and new. The bolts do help date the base to an extent but the piece appears to have been reworked and refinished. The corner blocks and legs are probably original and older than the remainder of the parts. So I agree with both walksoftly and scottvez.
