This piece was my grandfathers and this is the 1st time I've opened it in many years. I actually had forgotten all about it 'til I was going through some things to photograph. Being made in Germany I know the steel is quality but I don't know its age or value. In fact I know nothing about it except it looked kinda cool. And of course the main thing was, it looks "old". The markings from these new pics I took say "B.W. Middlebrooks Co. Chicago Illinois on the blade.

No the razor has no other markings whatsoever and as far as a "used razor" slot, I have one in each of my bathrooms. This was my parents home years ago and I'm sure my "hairy" dad dumped a plenty down those slots. Just thinking about them sounds "nasty". lol
