tekst plate

picture probably on its side sorry for that maybe cw can provide a solution.anyway the tekst on this plate means east west home is best,wich is a very old saying from the times the dutch sailed everywhere to improve life but always were happy when they returned at home safe (in those days a lot didnt make it)this plate is not marked and i dont really know where it is made,hope someone likes it
