At over 15 inches tall by 7 1/2 inches wide at the widest point this vase reeks of beauty. This was one of my mothers "prized possessions. Japanese art at its finest. Mark free and crack free. Flawless in every respect.

I'm sure your sister and my mom would have gotten along fine. I know my mom sure loved it. Thanks for the comment.

No Problem, My sister has a nice collection of Blue Japanese Pottery, which she has displayed on shelves and what not in her kitchen, me and her share our enthusiasm for antiques, when I get a chance I will have to share her collection of antique furniture its very impressive.

I can't wait to see it. Speaking of Japanese, and speaking of furniture, that reminds me of a table my mom got in Japan in the 1950's that I now have. It's a black lacquer table that is the size of a large rectangular coffee table but it sits lower to the floor than normal. It was done by a famous artist in Japan that did the most incredible hand painted artwork over the entire top of the table. It has a large piece of glass that protects this artwork. Maybe someone here at CW can tell me what I have. Thanks for the spark that reminded me and for your comments.

Sounds Very Nice! My sister is into Victorian Style furniture, and I know how you feel I’ve got a mass collection of glass which I would love to show and I will never be able to post all of it since it seems to grow daily!

Just post a few of your "best pieces". I'm sure others would love to see them.

Ha, well.... I’m very picky about the degree of sunlight I will take pictures of my glass in so I don’t have many chances to take pictures, and also most of the glass i take pictures of goes to my Store, however i do have some of my nicest pieces on display here, as a matter of a fact i put four up not to long ago.
