I have this rectangular plate and know nothing about it. Is there someone that might know the maker? From that mark on the back at the top I can make out the letters MA at the end, possibly AMA. Any help identifying this plate of my great-grandmother would be appreciated! You can email me at barbgayer@netscape.net or even text me if you want at 623-707-5972.
We need to be able to see the photos (too blurry). Would you be able to access a better camera?

Unfortuantely the mark on the back is blurry that is why I cannot make out what it says. All I can see is MA at the end of the name. I even used a magnifying glass to no avail.
I understand that is the nature of the blue color. However, even the crazing appears blurry in your photos.

I do agree with tubeamp.. heres what you need to do , for us to help you out...
place this on a white piece of paper and have a little bit of light . and do this with the front and back.

Hard to be certain with the photos as they are, but my guess is "PANAMA" by Challinor, probably specifically that period of his business as Edward Challinor of Tunstall. ~just guessing~!
By the way, sometimes they flipped the transfer design when having it made in smaller sizes, to add interest within the grouping when on the table and shelf~ :)
