    Oil Painting of a Victorain Lady dated 1903 sign by the artist Carl V (Von) Kobierski a Austrian /Hungarian born 1846 die 1907 did paintings of the Kaiser Franz Josef could this be his mistress Katherina Schratt? I cannot find anything about the lady in the painting which I would dearly love to find out more ,who she is ? any information about artist or his works or who the lady is would be of great intrest to me .

      Hi Radegunder sorry about that my spelling was wrong !! I had put to LL`s instead of TT`s sorted now .
      Do you think it is Katharina Schratt and if so do you have any referance books I can look at with this lady in it?
