Vintage Metal Scraffts Candy Sign

Hi again, this is another rare item found in my Dads old stuff. I love researching things and finding out value, etc. But this is another item that I cannot find anything close too, I found a Scraffts site, but havpent hours trying to find another sign like this and I give up! also any help on how to clean it up? It is about 2 1/2 ft long, 7 inches tall.
