hello to everybody.
can anyone help me identify years and value of one cylinder watch a little finer and also working. it's written just Avance Retard and diameter 30mm without the crown and have 16,2 grams.

Never disregard what is a treasure to your eyes. Lovely piece.

Avance-Retard is French and means Fast-Slow for regulating the watch.
It is in French so the watch is most likely Swiss made.
It could be 1900 - 1920
