    This chair was given to me my mother. We have no idea of where it comes from or the period, if it is art deco, antique, homemade etc.. The storage top has 2 hinges. Just wondering if someone has ever seen a piece similar to this one. It is 47" tall, 17" deep and 21" wide.

      DO NOT put much faith in what I say, I am learning. I would say this is neither antique or vintage but modern. There are no stretchers to support the legs and the seat is laminated from two pieces that run left to right.
