This is a toy I love It is a 1930s roy cox race car with motor and gas tin.I bought this from my friend bruce about 8 years ago may e longer.I love my old toys. The tin I got from another friend he said he was taking any toxic cans To a place that would dispose of them .When I say this can I was so excited.I said I will dispose of this one.I did too Right in my collection with my roy cox car.The charcole sketch I did when I was younger.

Had one of these as a lad, lots of fun.................if I not mistaken there are points on the other side for a wire bridle to attach to a line to a nail in the asphalt so it would go in a giant (20') circle......

This was made in the fifties, search ebay: Thimble-Drome gas powered cars. Its looks nice, but there really not that rare. They also made a non powered version.
