THIS WAS FOUND IN THE BOTTOM OF A BOX I GOT AT AUCTION TODAY. IT IS MARKED EAGLE PENCIL CO. U.S.A..THE TUBE IS ABOUT 4 INCHES LONG AND THE CHAIN IS ABOUT 6 INCHES LONG AND HAS AN OVERSIZED HOOK ON THE END. HAVE NO IDEA AS TO DATE JUST A NICE PIECE.
