    I had these for a few year, and they are a stunning set. Bold Red with Gold design. Again - I do not know what the mark say.....maybe just says *Made in Japan*?? LOL....

      They sure are pretty Rose:)...Gotheborg just has this variant of a Japanese mark listed as an "Unidentified seal mark " from the late 20th century. Sometimes even the experts are stumped !

      it is a uncommon combination of Bijutsu Toki, meaning art ceramics
      normally there are from 1970 on

      These vases may have been commissioned by the Otagiri Mercantile Company OMC Japan. They have had similar porcelain made in the past, but unfortunately I have not yet come across the decor of your vases. More needs to be sorted out.

      thgere is no sorting out , because it is a conglomerate
