    I got this collection of (5) Lakeshore Tricycles and Riders. Would like to learn more about them:
    (2) Standard Lakeshore Tricycles
    (1) Lakeshore Low-Rider Tricycle
    (1) Lakeshore "Taxi"
    (1) Lakeshore Rear Wheel Drive Hand Pump ( I was told this was called
    a " Irish Mail Carrier "
    I'd like to find out more about these age; value, etc.

      Angeles didn't make trikes for Lakeshore - You can tell by the front forks and bearings used as well as the seat used. Lakeshore and Angeles were competing companies.

      I'm not sure if you've already received any of the info you were searching for. but I can give you a bit of history, since I have been repairing trikes for day cares and preschools for 30 years. I'm not sure exactly when Lakeshore began production, I would guess the early 70's. The first ones they made were blue. The red models, like you have are from the 80's-90's. Many schools still use these on their playgrounds today, you would have now problem selling them to schools for $100-$150.
