    Hey there!

I apologize for the limited amount of pictures. I was in a rush this morning and only got this one shot.

I just found two license plates with matching codes. It appears to be the matching front and back license plates (possibly Euro style). The numbers and letters are raised and are bolted on from the back of the plate. After a considerable amount of research, I can't find any information on these items. I can't even identify the country code. Any help narrowing the search would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for the response... My only question is, if the first number isn't red does that change your mind on the type of plate? According to Wikipedia it seems like the region numbers should be red. Thanks!
