Honestly, I don't know what it is. Some kind of bird. I picked it up over the weekend and I love it...think it's really cute. Stands about eight and a half inches tall. Does anyone know who the maker may be? I have searched art glass fowl and the only thing I can see is that Murano did the flowery, petal types of bases for such pieces, and I did find one Murano that had the two circular ear holes attached. These are the two things I note aside from the bubbles, coloring, etc. which seem to be common in a lot of makers. Any info would be very much appreciated. TIA.

I think it looks like Murano too.

It 'appears' to be an Alfredo Barbini. I say 'appears' because I could only find one other instance of it attributed to Barbini.
